These terms cover your use of goodsol.co and orders placed with Good Sol Superfoods, operated by Barking Barista LLC (dba Good Sol) in Hermosa Beach, California. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
The site
The site is informational. Menu items, prices, and hours can change without notice, and occasional errors or outdated details are possible — when in doubt, ask us.
Ordering and payment
Online orders and payments are handled by Toast (toasttab.com) under Toast's own terms; the price shown at the time of your order is what applies.
All sales are final. Please check your order before submitting. If something's off, talk to us and we'll make it right.
Allergies: our drinks and food are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. Tell us about any allergy before ordering.
Our content
The Good Sol name, logo, photos, and site content belong to Barking Barista LLC. You're welcome to browse and share links; please don't reuse our content commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, or interfere with it, no large-scale scraping, and no unlawful use.
Third-party services
Ordering (Toast), social media (Instagram), and similar services have their own terms and privacy practices. We're not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Software and integrations
Any software we make available or operate — including internal integrations between our business systems and providers such as Intuit QuickBooks — is provided "as is," solely to operate our business. No license or right to use it is granted to anyone else, and we disclaim all warranties for it to the extent the law allows.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent California law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the site, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Governing law
California law governs these terms; disputes belong to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
